Nach der ausgedehnten Tour mit Apoptygma Berzerk und diversen TV-Auftritten gönnt sich die Band eine kleine Live-Abstinenz, um sich ganz der Produktion ihres neuen Albums "Polyradah" widmen zu können. Produktionstechnisch erobert sich die Band neues Terrain: Ihr neues Album erscheint als DVD-Video in Dolby Surround 5.1. Es beeinhaltet eine Kombination aus Surround-Musik, Film, Animation und interaktivem Content oder auch kurz umschrieben Surround-Pop. Dazu Sängerin Franziska: "Dem Album liegt eine futuristisch bildhafte Story zugrunde. Daher lag es nahe, Musik und Film miteinander zu verbinden und als DVD zu veröffentlichen. Das neue Format bietet uns durch die Produktion in Surround weit mehr Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten als eine herkömmliche CD. Gleichzeitig lassen sich unsere Ideen durch die Kombination mit Video besser umsetzen". Mit dem renommierten schwedischen Videokünstler Anders Weberg (Recycled-image-studio) hat no comment den richtigen Partner für Film und Computer-Animation gefunden.
2002
On the 18th of February 2002 the new nocomment single "it's not too late" is released for the benefit of the charity organisation "Children from Chernobyl Help e.V.". Once again the single is produced together with José Alvarez-Brill and offers 7 tracks with nearly 30 min playing time. On April 22nd the DCD nocomment "best of 1992-2004" is released. The title is not a printing mistake but the result of the world-wide first best of CD that allows free downloads of additional tracks for the buyer. And the DCD itself also contains rare and exclusive tracks. Just before the release nocomment joins Apoptygma Berzerk on their huge European tour from 17th of Feb until 28th of March 2002.
2001
The MCD "I WON'T CRY" which has been release march 2001 becomes "Single of the Month" at miscellaneous magazines and radio stations and the biggest white-russian music magazine "Musica Gazeta" dedicates the cover story to nocomment. All this is followed by TV appearences on NBC-Giga und miscellaneous radio interviews. On 28.of march 2001 the 5th nocomment album "underwater tales" is being released, on which Robert Enforsen (ex-Elegant Machinery) has a guest appearence. Also on this album nocomment was working together with José Alvarez-Brill and it seems that with "underwater tales" nocomment finally escapes from the state as "secret tip". The Artwork was designed by the english artists Simon Pates und Calvin Dolley, who are responsible for the artwork since middle of the 90ies. 2000
Markus Reinhardt (Wolfsheim) discovers a nocomment track on a sampler and becomes so excited that he offers a cooperation to the band. Together with the successful producer José Alvarez-Brill (Witt/Heppner, Wolfsheim) "I won't cry (song for a stranded mergirl)" is being re-recorded at Pleasure Park Studios in Belgium.
1999
The fourth nocomment album PAINKILLER is going to be released. On 13 tracks plus a limited bonus cd nocomment presents a grown and sophisticated sequel to "bondage". nocomment introduce with PAINKILLER their version of the late nineties electro-pop. and with "BACK IN THE 80IES" there is also a ironic deal with the eighties. As guest appearences there are Christian Purwien (SECOND DECAY) and Dirk "Rig" Riegert (JANUS). The Artwork is designed by the english Artists Simon Pates and Calvin Dolley.
1998
In the beginnig of 1998 nocomment return with the maxi "LOVE IN CHAINS" and the album "BONDAGE" (Vision Records/Rough Trade). "BONDAGE" is the turning point in history of nocomment and leads the band from the eighties and directly to the modern times. The Album becomes "Potenzerreger des Monats" in the Bodystyler magazine and gets good recisions everywhere. After the "Pleasure & Pain" tour nocomment tour again in the autumn 1998. Together with Second Decay the cd "REHBERG:EXIL" is going to be released. The material was created at some sessions in south france.

Founding members René Ebner und Thomas Kowalzik begin to work together with the vocalist and composer Franziska Kalb for the new concept of nocomment.
1995 ... 1994
The MCD "EYES" will be released. Together with the former Camouflage producer Axel Henninger "EYES OF ARAGON" is going to be recorded. In autumn 1994 nocomment shows up in a tv show and win the "MDR-Musikpreis" in october 1994. 1995 the second nocomment longplayer "SCREEN" comes out. After this release there is a preliminary split of the band and also a split up with their label Subtronic Records.
1993 ... 1992
"HARMONY E.P." is released early 1992 by nocomment veröffentlicht and is later published by Subtronic Records/SPV. It's going to be "CD of the month" at the "Gothic/Hysterika" magazine, "Organic Life" appears in the Dorian Gray-Charts. Some contributions to compilations follow, i.e. on the greek compilation "RANDOM RELATIONS". nocomment play on the first Electrofestival in Brussels. The Band gets an award from the "Kulturförderung der Antonie-Beseler-Stiftung". 1993 the first nocomment-Album "DRAWBACK INFECT" is released.

With releases on their very own tape-label PSYQUIL-RECORDS nocomment establishes their place in the growing tape-scene. First live appearences and radio air play here and abroad follow.
